As a veteran, I recognize that the DAV needs our support.  Veterans suffer many different types of disabilities affecting their daily lives.  The goal of this fundraiser is to row solo from Pensacola, FL to Key West.  This journey will travel over 900 miles taking at least 8 weeks.  There will be no support following me, truly solo. The 18 foot rowboat is named the "DAILY OAR DEAL," to connect with the daily struggles that our veterans endure.

I left Pensacola Beach on March 30th, Easter Sunday. As of today, May 2nd, I have rowed over 300 miles. Thanks to each and every donor that has helped to bring funds and awareness to this DAV fundraiser.
