Join me on Thursday evening, September 15th, at 6 pm at The Meadows in Lake St Louis MO for a Warrior Yoga Practice! This is a free event, honoring our Warriors who served in the US Military. Donations to support the Disabled American Veterans are appreciated! Whether you are new or old to Yoga, all are welcome.  Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and perhaps a friend or 2 with you.
